The ISKA International circuit will be keeping several British Fighters busy this month.

British Super-heavyweight Champion Dillian White will challenge Russia’s Jamal Kasumov for the ISKA World Super-heavyweight title under Freestyle Rules (low kick kickboxing) in Vienna, Austria on the 17th May. On the same card Liverpool’s Dave Wilson will face Austria’s Predrag Lazarevic to contest the ISKA European Light-cruiserweight title under Oriental Rules (modified Thai). The rest of the card at the 4,000 seat Albert Schulz Ice Arena will feature a K-1 Fighting Network heavyweight tournament.
Peter Crooke will face ISKA World Champion and K-1 UK MAX 2007 Champion Sofiane Allouche on the 29th May in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Their match is a non-title Superfight and will headline the first round of a sixteen man Light –cruiserweight tournament billed as the Arsenals the second round will be stages in July the prize money for the winner is $150,000. The show will be staged at the Al Jazira Football Stadium. Barry Lock will travel to the Russian city of Tver near Moscow to face Ivan Bityutskikh on the 31st May in a non-title match under Full Contact Kickboxing rules.

Women’s World Championship Kickboxing
The Women’s ISKA Atom-weight World Kickboxing title under Full Contact rules was contested in Dijon, France by Maria Krivoshapkina (Russia) and Melanie Bony (France).Maria has a 10-2-0 pro record and 120-30-0 amateur record. She is WAKO amator European and world champion in freestyle kickboxing. Melanie has a 24-6-0 pro record, she is French and European champion in Savate. Read more

KRUSH 18 Takiya KO’s Crooke
KRUSH 18 staged at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo on the 3rd May by Good Loser Productions, featured an international prestige match between England’s Reece Crooke and Japanese rising star Shota Takiya. Crooke on the comeback trail was trying to fight his way into the World’s top ten, Takiya was not going to give up his spot. Read more
