Haselbeck takes McCafferty to a draw, Wolf outpoints Hira on ISKA Double World title event

22nd May Ingolstadt, Germany, Dominic Haselbeck made a second attempt to take the ISKA World Middleweight Kickboxing title from the Champion, Ireland’s Tommy McCaffery. He came close taking McCaffery to a Draw over 12rounds

Two times ISKA World Champion McCaffery took the first five rounds comfortable, but took his foot off the peddle and allow Haselbeck to gain some ground and impress the judges enough to get a draw. As the defending Champion McCafferty retains his title

In a clash of Champions England’s Sunny Hira the current ISKA World Super Bantamweight Champion under Low Kick rules will face Germany’s Johannes Wolf the ISKA World Featherweight Kickboxing Champion with the Germans Full Contact title on the line. Two thirds of the fight was a chess match both fighters skilfully probing each other defence with attacks and counters each willing the other to make a mistake. Wolf raised his game in the later rounds forcing standing counts in the 11th and 12th rounds, Hira battled to the end but Wolf had earned a unanimous points decision
