ISKA July Events

Stuart Davies will stage a Commonwealth Championship card on the 12th July at Hutton Moor Sports Centre in Weston Super mare

Matt Martin (WAMA) will challenge Darren Forrest (Elite Rugby) for the vacant ISKA Super-middleweight Commonwealth title. Andy Bendal (Panthers, Bristol) will contest the ISKA English Light-heavyweight title against David Gower (Dorchester KB) and Kate Sandal (GMA) will face Louise Tanner (Fighting Fit, Banbury) to contest the ISKA Ladies English Bantamweight title. Steve Kerridge will also stage an event on the 12th July at the Circus Tavern, Purfleet, Essex the card will be headlined by Jason Vassello and Tracy Reno who will face international opposition in non-title bouts. KBX Super 8 will now be staged at Wolverhampton Civic Hall on the 27th July and will feature ISKA Title fights on the supporting card.

    Women’s World Championship Kickboxing

    The Women’s ISKA Atom-weight World Kickboxing title under Full Contact rules was contested in Dijon, France by Maria Krivoshapkina (Russia) and Melanie Bony (France).Maria has a 10-2-0 pro record and 120-30-0 amateur record. She is WAKO amator European and world champion in freestyle kickboxing. Melanie has a 24-6-0 pro record, she is French and European champion in Savate. Read more

    KRUSH 18 Takiya KO’s Crooke

    KRUSH 18 staged at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo on the 3rd May by Good Loser Productions, featured an international prestige match between England’s Reece Crooke and Japanese rising star Shota Takiya. Crooke on the comeback trail was trying to fight his way into the World’s top ten, Takiya was not going to give up his spot. Read more
