Jason Curtis defends his British title and Qasim Nisar rematches Davis Kamara

ISKA British Light-middleweight Kickboxing Champion, Jason Curtis will defend his title on the 5th April at the PAV Nightclub in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire. He will face Lincoln’s Aaron Robinson, Curtis is making a voluntary defence he wants to access his career after a failed attempt at the European title last November.

Robinson currently ranked No. 6 in the Super-welterweight division moves up a weight and with a string of impressive wins is a real threat to the Champion. Qasim Nisar will rematch Davis Kamara their last encounter lasted less than 30 seconds Kamara ducked into a kick and was knocked out, he feels it was a fluke and wants a chance to prove he has more to offer. Ivor Price (FKBC) has had a couple of impressive wins since moving up to five round contests he will face unbeaten Jamie Sutton (Dragonfoot). Also scheduled to fight on the card are ISKA English Super-middleweight Champion Mick Crossland (Dragonfoort), ISKA British Middleweight Champion Ricky Gammon (St. George KBC) and ISKA Light-middleweight Midland Area Champion Aaron Watkinson (SAMMC) who’s opponents have still to be confirmed. Promoter Dale Wood is promising one of the best shows ever staged at the PAV.

    KRUSH 18 staged at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo on the 3rd May by Good Loser Productions, featured an international prestige match between England’s Reece Crooke and Japanese rising star Shota Takiya. Crooke on the comeback trail was trying to fight his way into the World’s top ten, Takiya was not going to give up his spot. Read more
