Shawn Burton challenges for ISKA European Kickboxing Title
Lincoln Kickboxing Gym will stage an ISKA European Championship event on the 3rd May at Yarborough Leisure Centre in Lincoln. British Champion Shawn Burton will step up to challenge for the vacant ISKA European Light-welterweight title.

Burton will face Cyril Jacques of France record 42-8, Jacques is trained by French Kickboxing pioneer Andre Panza. Burton is ranked in the top five of one of the strongest divisions in the UK he has the determination to climb to the top Cyril Jacques will be a tuff test. Newly crowen British Champion Aaron Robinson who took the ISKA Light-middleweight title from Jason Curtis after an epic battle will make a quick defence against ISKA Midland Area Champion Kevin Beckett. Women’s World Championship Kickboxing
The Women’s ISKA Atom-weight World Kickboxing title under Full Contact rules was contested in Dijon, France by Maria Krivoshapkina (Russia) and Melanie Bony (France).Maria has a 10-2-0 pro record and 120-30-0 amateur record. KRUSH 18 Takiya KO’s Crooke
KRUSH 18 staged at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo on the 3rd May by Good Loser Productions, featured an international prestige match between England’s Reece Crooke and Japanese rising star Shota Takiya. Crooke on the comeback trail was trying to fight his way into the World’s top ten, Takiya was not going to give up his spot. Read more
