UFC veteran Marcus Davis fights for ISKA World Kickboxing title
The return of 'The Irish Hand Grenade' Marcus Davis to Ireland happens on Sunday, May 6th at the National Basketball Arena, Tallaght. Only this time he will fight for the ISKA World Light-Cruiserweight Championship under Oriental Kickboxing Rules.
Marcus Davis campaigned in the UFC welterweight division and came close to title contention with a string of wins including victories on UFC cards in Dublin and Belfast. His action packed UFC fights won his several fight of the night honours.
Davis will face ISKA Four Nations Champion Mark Casserly from Dublin, American born Davis considers himself an Irishman, so it’s a hometown crowd for both men. Casserley is not worried about Davis’s UFC and Boxing credentials and is ready for the challenge, his fighting skills have been sharpened with success on the European Thaiboxing circuit.
The ISKA Championship match headlines a stacked card, with ISKA Intercontinental and Irish title fights featuring some of Ireland’s top fighters.

ISKA World bantamweight Champion, Japan’s Nobuchika Terado will defend his Oriental Rules title against the former ISKA World bantamweight Muaythai Champion Andy Howson from England.
