Zuccala defends World title
ISKA World Kickboxing Champion Fran Zuccala from the Eclipse Kickboxng Gym in Wolverhampton England will defend his ISKA World Light-middleweight Full Contact title against ISKA European and Commonwealth Champion Tommy McCafferty on November 8th 2008 in Derry Northern Ireland.
The event will be hosted by the Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny. Ireland’s young hot-shot Tommy McCafferty has destroyed all opposition put in front of him so far to land the prestigious ISKA European and Commonwealth titles. Now he faces his toughest test yet as he steps up to the big time against World Champion and kickboxing legend, Fran Zuccala .The world of kickboxing will be waiting with baited breath for the outcome of this epic match between the youth, power and speed of Tommy and the experience, ring-craft and guile of Fran. This could be a real contender for the fight of the year.

Women’s World Championship Kickboxing
The Women’s ISKA Atom-weight World Kickboxing title under Full Contact rules was contested in Dijon, France by Maria Krivoshapkina (Russia) and Melanie Bony (France).Maria has a 10-2-0 pro record and 120-30-0 amateur record. She is WAKO amator European and world champion in freestyle kickboxing. Melanie has a 24-6-0 pro record, she is French and European champion in Savate. Read more

KRUSH 18 Takiya KO’s Crooke
KRUSH 18 staged at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo on the 3rd May by Good Loser Productions, featured an international prestige match between England’s Reece Crooke and Japanese rising star Shota Takiya. Crooke on the comeback trail was trying to fight his way into the World’s top ten, Takiya was not going to give up his spot. Read more
