    Paul Beaty made a return to promoting after a long break, staging The Homecoming at the Liverpool Olympia on the 10th October. The card featured three ISKA title fights and was enthusiastically received by a decent sized audience. Read more

    UK Amateur Directors resign

    The ISKA UK Amateur Director Andrew Hennessy and the UK Assistant Amatuer Director Jason Charlesworth have resigned. Their decision was due to the disappointing ISKA Amateur European Championship in Rome and the problems caused by the poor management of the event. Read more

    ISKA UK will conduct its first Kickboxing Blackbelt panel grading on the 22nd November in Wolverhampton. The grading panel will be headed by John Blackledge 7th Degree Blackbelt and senior ISKA grading officer. Read more

    The quite suburb of Monterotondo in Rome, Italy hosted the 2009 ISKA Amateur European Championships. 450 competitors from 19 Countries participated over three days in several Martial Arts disciplines. Read more

    ISKA British Champion Darren Till stepped up to take a late notice ISKA Amateur World title fight in Victoria Canada on the 3rd October. Darren who fights out of the Sapphire Gym in Liverpool trained by Simon Audley gave it his best shot. Read more

    Cairo, Egypt; promoter Mohamed SOBIH , director for ISKA NORTH AFRICA, made the Pyramid open tournament in nice Payramid view Hotel in Giza. Fighters from 8 countries joined the the open amateur event and showed very good performance. India female fighter Kaur DALEET showed great skill winning her division. Read more

    The CBS Television Network will return to the mixed martial arts (MMA) cage with STRIKEFORCE: FEDOR VS. ROGERS, to be broadcast Saturday, Nov. 7 (9:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).     K-1 Final 8 Tournament Draw

    The final 8 combatates for the FieLDS K-1 WORLD GP 2009 FINAL were decided last night at the Olympic Gymnasium, Seoul Korea. Today, at the Olympic Parktel hotel Ruslan Karaev, Remy Bonjasky, Jerome Le Banner, Errol Zimmerman, Semmy Schilt, Ewerton Teixeira, Alistair Overeem, and Badr Hari have gathered to determine just who, who and in what order they will meet each other again in the Final to be held December 5 at the Yokohama Arena.
