    STRIKEFORCE Crown new women’s Champion

    SAN JOSE, CA (February 27, 2009) –Before a sold out crowd of 2,322, former ballet dancer turned undefeated professional mixed martial arts (MMA) star Sarah Kaufman (11-0) became the first STRIKEFORCE Women’s Welterweight (135 pounds) Champion in history by powering her way to a five round unanimous decision over Japan’s Takayo Hashi (12-2) in the STRIKEFORCE Challengers main event at San Jose’s Civic Auditorium on Friday, February 26.     ISKA UK Affiliate to the AMA

    ISKA UK has affiliated with the AMA (Amateur Martial Arts Association) and is now their official sanctioning body for Kickboxing, Muaythai and freestyle Martial Arts. The AMA founded in 1971 and with a membership of over 95,000 is the oldest and largest Multi-style Martial Arts Association in the UK. Read more
