    Irish Amateur Championship Kickboxing

    4th February Dublin, Ireland was treated to an epic night of kickboxing and K-1 Rules in the D4 Hotel. Chris Boyne ISKA promoter, and his Primal Fighting Championships, put on a show that was second to none, I have been at all his shows now, and they get better and better each time. The show was a sell-out, with not a seat or a standing place in the house available. Read more

    ISKA World Amateur Championships 2012

    Valkenburg, Netherlands will host the ISKA Amateur World Championships from the 30th October - 3rdNovember 2012. Valkenburg the town of spas and sidewalk cafés, of caves and castles will host the 2012 ISKA Amateur World Championships. Tourists have been travelling to this city in the beautiful South Limburg region of the Netherlands for more than 150 years. Read more

    K-1 Champions win ISKA World titles on KRUSH 16 in Tokyo

    K-1 MAX Japan Champions Yuta Kobu and Yoshihiro Sato thrilled a packed house at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan on the 17th February as they battled top European opposition for ISKA World Championship belts. The main event featured K-1 MAX 63kg tournament Champion Yuta Kubo and he proved in devastating fashion that he is one of the strongest lightweight fighters in the world. Read more

    ISKA UK AGM 2012

    The 2012 ISKA UK Annual General Meeting was held on the 12th February at the Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. Due to the swelling ranks of ISKA UK the AGM was held in two parts with the Masters division taking up the morning session and the Amateur division in the afternoon. All the directors from both divisions met together for lunch where discussion and lively debate continued. Read more

    ISKA UK Amateur Referee Course

    On Sunday 22nd January 2012 saw the first ISKA Amateur Referee Course at the Stockland Green Leisure Centre in Birmingham. ISKA Amateur Chief Referee, Mr Dave Hughes, 6th Dan, presented the course along Senior Referee Mr Jason Morrison 5th Dan, a qualified International A class Referee. Read more
