ISKA Director works on Charity event in Japan
ISKA UK Executive Director Paul Hennessy worked on a Charity event in aid of Earth quake victims in Japan. Mr. Hennessy helped to arrange a match between K-1 star Jerome Le Banner and Pro Wrestler Suzukawa which headlined an Inoki Group Pro Wrestling event at Tokyo Dome City Hall on the 28th April.
Rules where negotiated to allow Le Banner to wear boxing gloves and use Kickboxing techniques, Suzukawa would not wear gloves but was only allowed open hand strikes and kicks, he could also throw or take Le Banner down and use submission techniques. Suzukawa stood up with Le banner bravely trading kicks before making several attempts to shoot and take the Frenchman to the matt but Le Banner stuffed them all keeping the action standing, then to everyones surprise he took the Japanese wrestler down with a perfect double leg and mounted him, Suzukawa opted for a rope excape. Just passed the five minute mark Le Banner landed a right hook to finish the match by KO.
Jerome Le Banner is now preparing to fight Stefan Leko for the ISKA World Super-heavyweight kickboxing title on the 11th June in Switzerland.

ISKA Referee & Judges Course

Terado defends ISKA World title against Howson on KRUSH 21
ISKA World bantamweight Champion, Japan’s Nobuchika Terado will defend his Oriental Rules title against the former ISKA World bantamweight Muaythai Champion Andy Howson from England.
