ISKA UK breaks records in second quarter
ISKA UK breaks record for the number of sanctioned title fights in the second quarter for 2012, the average number of UK sanctioned title fights in a year is around 90, but in the first six months of 2012 ISKA UK has sanctioned 103 title fights. Even during a double dip recession and the Football European Championship, ISKA UK manages to plough forward.
Promoters have moved towards staging cards with multiple title fights with most shows featuring 3 to 5 title fights, growth is also helped by ISKA Champions willingness to defend their titles which is encouraging for the sport as a whole.
During the second quarter (April-June) ISKA UK sanctioned 36 event featuring 1 World, 6 European, 2 Intercontinental, 2 Commonwealth and 44 British, National and regional title fights. ISKA UK sanction titles fights in both Masters and Amateur divisions across five disciplines Full Contact Kickboxing, Low Kick Kickboxing, Oriental Rules, Muaythai and MMA.

ISKA Referee & Judges Course

Terado defends ISKA World title against Howson on KRUSH 21
ISKA World bantamweight Champion, Japan’s Nobuchika Terado will defend his Oriental Rules title against the former ISKA World bantamweight Muaythai Champion Andy Howson from England.
