ISKA UK Director Wins Bruce Lee Challenge
ISKA UK Forms Director Joe Hallett has been in hard training since the beginning of the year. As he had been invited to compete in the 2nd Bruce Lee Challenge. Which was taken place at the Bercy Festival Of Martial Arts in France on 24th March.
Joe arrived in Paris that Saturday afternoon where he took a taxi to the venue and began to rehearse for the show ready for the evening. He met his fellow competitors Pablo Camacho (Spain), Joris Van De Berg (Switzerland) and Mathias Mercier (France) all very talented Nunchaku exponents. At 9pm Joe stepped out in to the arena in front of 10,000 people and live on Paris Premiere TV to perform his musical Nunchaku form.
He tried not to let the nerves get the better of him and he used all the adrenaline rushing through his body to pull out one of the best forms he has ever done in years. Joe received top scores of 5 from two judges and 4 from the other two judges. Last to compete was Mathias once he finished all competitors lined up to see his scores and declare the winner. Results were in and the 2nd Bruce Lee Challenge champion was Joe Hallett! Joe won the tournament and was awarded the trophy by movie star Jon Foo (Warrior King, Tekken, Street Fighter Legacy).
Joe was on cloud 9 for the rest of evening where he was interviewed for TV and enjoyed the rest of the festival, before making his final bow with the other participants of the show. Joe would like to thank the organisers for inviting him out to the festival and asking him to compete, he enjoyed the experience greatly.

Terado defends ISKA World title against Howson on KRUSH 21
ISKA World bantamweight Champion, Japan’s Nobuchika Terado will defend his Oriental Rules title against the former ISKA World bantamweight Muaythai Champion Andy Howson from England.
