KRUSH 16 Features 2 ISKA World title fights
KRUSH 16 will feature as co-main events two ISKA World title fights on the 17th February at Korakeun Hall, Tokyo, Japan. K-1 MAX Champions Yoshihiro Sato and Yuta Kubo will challenge for ISKA World Championship belts, the title matches will be broadcast in Japan by Gaora Sports TV. Read more

ISKA UK Support the Re-Launch of the MAI National Circuit
MAI (Martial Arts Illustrated) the UK’s leading Martial Arts Magazine will re-launch the MAI National Circuit, a series of open freestyle tournaments in 2012. The ISKA UK Amateur division has pledged their full support for the new MAI National Circuit and will supply referees, Officials and ISKA promoters will help with staging events. Read more

Changes to ISKA weight divisions

ISKA have made changes to three weight division, the Super-cruiser-weight division will change from 91.8kg to 94.1kg, the Heavyweight division limit will change form 96.4kg to 101.4kg and Super-heavyweight will change to + 101.5kg. The new weight divisions already established in the USA will come in to effect in Europe on the 5th February 2012 Read more

ISKA will exclusively sanction Japan’s leading Kickboxing promotion KRUSH
ISKA have entered into an exclusive agreement to sanction ISKA World title fights on Japan’s leading Kickboxing promotion KRUSH in 2012. The first event under the new agreement KRUSH 16 will be staged at Korakeun Hall in Tokyo on the 17th February and will feature two ISKA World title fights. Read more

DREAM NYE 2011 Genki Desu Ka !
DREAM teamed up with IGF and Antonio Inoki for the annual New Year Eve martial Arts festival, billed as Genki Desu Ka ! which is Antonio Inoki’s catch faze, roughly translated means 'How Are You'. The card featured DREAM MMA matches including title fights, Pro-Wrestling and Kickboxing. Read more

ISKA Sanction over 100 events in the UK in 2011

The last ISKA Sanctioned card in 2011 was on the 17th December after which ISKA officials totalled the number of events sanctioned for the year, the final number was 108. ISKA UK set the goal of 100 events for the last couple of years and came very close in 2010 with 97 events. With the current economic climate and government cuts starting to bite the goal seemed even harder to reach in 2011 but ISKA UK Directors worked hard not only to reach the target but surpass it.
